Shipping Policy
Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment. Orders are expected to arrival in 4-5 business days.
When ordering a pre-ordered (or back-ordered) item, all items will ship with the pre-ordered item. That means if your pre-ordered item
ships in 1 month, your entire order ships in 1 month. If you want non pre-ordered items shipped right away, please add them
to a seperate cart for a seperate order. Orders cannot be partially refunded or partially cancelled.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns.
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email, and we'll take care of you | Info@TheCardboardCabin.com
Cancellations are permitted if requested before your order ships. These are subject to a 3% fee. The fee is deducted from your refund amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee
we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
